Twenty five years after the publication of the original edition of Knitting With Dog Hair, the book that took the country by storm is coming out in a brand new edition!

We helped launch a vibrant cottage industry of chiengora spinners – brilliant craftspeople who spin dog hair into yarn, so thousands of loving pet owners can enjoy a knitted garment from the pet they adore. The book features the most gorgeous examples of sweaters, hats, mittens and other knitted and woven dog hair masterpieces.

Our list of dog breeds, rated by how well their fuzz transforms into yarn, has been expanded to include the designer breeds that didn’t even exist when the book first came out.
